ABOUT COMPANY
The Akanthou Municipality is located on the northern coastline of Cyprus, on the Karpasia Peninsula in the Famagusta District, uniquely combining mountains, plains, and sea. It borders Flamoudi, Mandres, Platani, Lefkoniko, Andremi, Melounta, and Kalograia, while its northern boundary stretches along the Cilician Sea. A historic and dynamic municipality with roots dating back over 10,000 years, Akanthou was officially established in 1908. Covering an area of 78 km², it is the largest municipality in Cyprus and ranks first nationwide in privately owned land.
